Start: Upon Completion of Onboarding (2 weeks)

Location: Remote w/ Onsite visits needed once per month in Somerville, MA

Contract to Perm Request: 6 month contract before conversion

Hourly Pay for Contract: 40-60 p/hr*

Salary Expectations: 90-95k per year

Hospital in Boston, MA is looking to add a Web Designer to their team. This is specifically for their Digital Research Operations department which supports 1000+ websites. This candidate will work to develop and support website application builds for the hospital's research community.

Required Skills:

Website Developer - 3-5 years

Front and Backend development

Word Press - custom builds

Java Script - custom builds

PHP

Bootstrap or other open-source CSS frameworks

Plus:

UI Design and Usability Experience Principles

From the client:

Principal Duties:

• Work with the ERIS Web Team to provide solutions for website and application development in response to Researchers requests
• Perform analysis, design, development and testing tasks with direction.
• Recommend technical approaches and assist with development of time estimates for Statements of Work
• Update or create technical and user documentation using wiki and knowledge management tools (Confluence)
• Identify opportunities for improvement, reporting on progress, and asking for what you need.
