This position is for an experienced Web Producer eager to play an integral role on the Web Production team. The Web Producer is a results-oriented professional who supports multiple departments by building, creating, scheduling, posting, and maintaining content on the client's portfolio of web sites. This position manages various types of internet efforts, oversees planning and usability on impactful sections of varying web and mobile sites, provides oversight from a development perspective in content management systems, on wikis, media servers, internal collaboration tools and increase knowledge-sharing awareness between colleagues, customers and partners. This position is hands-on in shaping the online member experience, advancing digital content objectives, project management, software delivery support, performance reporting and overall contribution to the brand's digital footprint.

This position is hands-on in shaping the online member experience, advancing digital content objectives, project management, software delivery support, performance reporting and overall contribution to the brand's digital footprint.
- Enriches user experience through tailoring of content across website, including copy, banners, articles, microsites, and more.
- Manages content schedules and inventory allocation process in coordination with marketing campaign stakeholders, resulting in effective planning, tracking, and execution of promotional messaging.
- Assists in leading agencies and business stakeholders in creation of new website content areas, including pages and microsites, while ensuring a consistent easy-to-use online experience.
- Ensures published content is best-practice compliant, including SEO, ADA, naming conventions, brand guidelines, tagging, and testing for quality assurance.
- Works as part of a cross-functional matrix with partners from different groups including Product Development, IT, Revenue Management, Business Development, Design, Legal, Marketing, Analytics and more to employ strategies that increase sales and drive profitability within the online channel.
- Troubleshoots issues that arise on the web sites promptly, with comprehensive follow-up.
- Proven effective verbal and written communication skills, including adept at writing messages to various targeted audiences and strong grammatical skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple projects at multiple stages and budgets
- Ability to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills
- Organized and able to hold other accountable for delivering project milestones on time
- Able to prioritize and react to change quickly
- Experience within the travel/tourism/hospitality industry
- Ecommerce or online marketing experience, preferably in a high volume, global online operation or with a large consumer brand
- Some exposure to call center/customer service/operational responsibilities
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), AEM preferred
- Intermediate to advanced HTML and CSS skillset
- Experience in reading and interpreting JSON/API/JS languages
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- A strong foundation and understanding of the software delivery lifecycle
- Experience using project management tools (Jira, Basecamp, VersionOne, etc.)
- Experience managing and estimating projects (time and cost)
- Experience with FTP, debugging tools and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
- Experience with Email delivery software such as Form Router
- Experience with (CDN) content delivery networks and caching strategies (Akamai preferred)
- SEO expertise or certifications a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Familiarity with ADA compliance needs
