We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our client's Enterprise Architecture team. This role involves creating, maintaining, and enhancing documentation related to policies, guidelines, and procedures across infrastructure, network, application, cloud, and security functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring teams have clear, accessible, and up-to-date resources to facilitate effective communication and best practice adherence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication or a related field.
- 5+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in an enterprise architecture or IT environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and security practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Proficient with documentation tools and content management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross-functional teams to gather information and develop technical documentation.
- Create and maintain various documents, including technical manuals, process documentation, SOPs, policy guidelines, and project templates (e.g., HLDs, LLDs).
- Ensure consistency in style, format, and terminology across all documentation, adhering to company standards and industry best practices.
- Organize and manage a centralized documentation repository, ensuring accessibility and version control.
- Regularly review and update documents to reflect changes in processes, technologies, and policies.
- Assist in creating training materials and presentations for team onboarding and continuous education.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to clarify complex concepts and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Utilize tools like Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite for document creation and management.

- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and easily understandable documentation.
- Timely delivery of documentation with consistent quality and adherence to company standards.
- Maintenance of an organized and accessible documentation repository with clear version control.
