Job Type Full-timeDescriptionAs an administrative assistant for the Marketing team, you will be in a high visibility role interacting with various leaders throughout the company. This role's focus is to support the Marketing Team by executing various administrative and marketing functions to maintain an efficient workflow. RequirementsQualifications Required:Associate degree in business or related field.Administrative Experience - Required, minimum 2 years. Social Media Experience - 1 year preferred.Microsoft Office Products-advanced skills in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as working knowledge of SharePoint.Experience with Adobe products is not required but is a plus.Excellent communication skills - Oral and Written. Spanish a plus. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Critical for the position's success is to work effectively and collaboratively with everyone.Always maintain a positive, professional attitude toward internal and external customers.Assist Marketing teams with various administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and documentation.Work with Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to maintain the company's social media pages - Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Work with Marketing Manager to create and maintain a social media/promotional calendar.Prepare for trade shows by ordering necessary items and ensuring everything needed is sent. Assist with making and organizing product samples and literature.Demonstrate and assist with workplace best practices.Maintain stock of literature, trade show items, and giveaways items. Assist in planning and participating in events, visits, tours, trainings, and meetings.Create and perform administrative upkeep of various documents for the team, such as departments forms, contact lists, written instructions, processes, and procedures, etc.Assist team in making travel arrangements and managing expense reports as required.Perform other related duties as assigned.Success Factors/Job Competencies:Ability to work independently and anticipate team needsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Expert in Microsoft Office Suite.Supervisory Responsibility:This role has no supervisory responsibilities.Physical demands and work environment:Manufacturing Office work environment.
