We host weddings, private parties, and live entertainment events, including performances by top original artists and tribute bands across all genres. The Hilltop Tavern and Inn, the High Desert’s premier wedding and live entertainment venue, is looking for an Event Planner to join our dynamic team!

Your Role:
As our Event Planner, you will:

• Work directly with clients to plan and coordinate weddings, private parties, and live entertainment events.
• Oversee every detail from concept to execution, ensuring memorable experiences for our guests.
• Collaborate with vendors ie: Catering, Florists, Bakery, Photographer, Planners, Production teams to deliver seamless events.
• Develop and manage event budgets, schedules, and logistics.
• Ensure top-tier customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand and work with social media, google email, drop box, web sites

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
• Proven Experience in Sales and Marketing
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• A creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of entertainment production is a plus!
• Ability and understanding of researching and market studies
