The general Manager will be responsible for driving top tier performance of the location, membership agreements, operations, membership retention and revenues.

 The role of Area Sales Manager will focus on driving exceptional sales and service as well as driving culture and accountability. This is the perfect opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to lead amazing team members and interact with clients as well as community partners on a daily basis to build a strong brand and community!
  
Responsibilities and requirements

  • This is a full-time position - Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability
  • The role will focus on driving exceptional sales and service across multiple studios with ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams 
  • Responsible for driving top tier performance of studios benchmarked to the brand average of various KPI's

  • Strong sales & leadership experience - Drive and retain membership sales
  • Supervise Sales Representatives and manage staff schedule with a positive attitude and affinity to help others achieve goals
  • Clear oral and written communication - Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email
  • Collect out-standing dues
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures related to studio operations
  • Lead generation including some Grass Roots Marketing and networking
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities
  • Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
  • Support Owner in team and business development
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio
  • Other duties as assigned
