What You’ll Do:
Design Excellence:
Create compelling graphics, layouts, and designs for digital signage that align with clients' branding and messaging.
Develop custom templates and content that showcase creativity and functionality.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and apply innovative approaches to enhance visual storytelling.
Customer Collaboration:
Work directly with clients to understand their design needs and vision.
Provide expert advice and recommendations to ensure client satisfaction.
Revise and refine designs based on client feedback while maintaining high-quality standards.
Content Management:
Manage and organize design assets for easy access and reuse.
Collaborate with the customer success and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of designs into digital signage systems.
Maintain brand consistency across all projects.
Knowledge Sharing:
Contribute to internal resources by creating design guides and templates for clients and team members.
Share insights and tips to improve design workflows and processes.
What You’ll Bring:
2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a digital or SaaS environment.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with ease.
Experience working with digital signage or motion graphics is a plus.
A customer-first mentality and a passion for creating impactful designs.
