We're looking for an enthusiastic new addition to our team in Plymouth, Minnesota as a Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing plans and budgets for multifamily communities across the nation and executing seamlessly to hit targeted KPI's
  • Monitoring performance across the marketing funnel to identify and resolve bottlenecks proactively
  • Developing online presence for new brands, including strategy, paid ads, content oversight, and ROI analysis
  • Distributing reports to key stakeholders and reviewing analytics to ensure optimal performance is achieved
  • Participating in performance calls with staff
  • Developing multi-touch marketing campaigns including design, print, email, digital, social based on target audience and branding strategy
  • Website and digital management including Google My Business, Google AdWords, and RENTCafé websites
  • Discover, vet, implement, and manage MarTech platforms
  • Managing projects with vendors -graphic designers, digital and social vendors, photographers, videographers, staging, etc.
  • Closely tracking market trends and competition, monitoring the market for opportunities to differentiate, tracking pricing, and leasing trends, and using data to drive new marketing solutions and strategies
  • Managing and developing junior member(s) of marketing team
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)
  • High school diploma or GED
Experience:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, Multifamily experience preferred
  • 2+ years' digital experience
Skills/Abilities:
  • Experience in multifamily, leasing, and/or B2C marketing
  • Strong project management abilities, Monday.com experience a plus
  • Flexible to juggle multiple projects and priorities to meet changing deadlines
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and have good time management skills
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, inquisitive, motivating, energetic, and results-driven
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills - is clear, concise, positive, and professional
  • Comfortable leading team meetings and managing a small team
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with wide range of people including internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, understanding that your scheduled workdays may vary according to staffing and company needs.
  • Entrepreneurial ownership mindset -makes smart decisions for business, puts clients and teammates first, collaborative, inquisitive, self-motivated, and operates on trust (not fear).

  • Ability to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to: ability to walk under-construction properties, including up to 6 flights of stairs, to complete physical inspections.

  • Computer skills: Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, AdWords, and GMB; WordPress and Wix strongly preferred; Yardi Voyager and RENTCafé; Adobe Creative Suite; MailChimp; Facebook, Instagram

Pay Range:

$76,950 - $101,300
