QUALIFICATIONS
Required skills needed but not limited to the following:
Essential Functions
- Manage MYCON RFP,RFQ, SOQ, and Portfolio content development, strategy and overall production.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director in content development, planning, and implementation of corporate content and external client marketing campaigns.
- Lead promotion of corporate identity and campaigns, including graphic design, website, and social media.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information, insights, and industry best practices to inform content creation.
- Oversee clear, concise, and engaging scripts for videos, website, social media, and other multimedia content.
- Manage company-wide content development and production efforts and provide Marketing Team support as needed.
- Develop team members (i.e., Marketing Coordinator) in their professional goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing Director, People Operations leaders, and Marketing/Communications team member(s) to develop and implement internal communication strategies as part of employee experience to keep employees informed and engaged with company news, initiatives, and culture.
- Foster a culture of transparency and trust through close collaboration with the Leadership Team and various departments, ensuring firm-wide communications are effectively managed and inclusive.
- Develop team members (i.e., Marketing and CRM Specialist) in their professional goals.
- Manage the team workload.
- Lead the strategy of solicitation advertisement (RFQ/P) production.
- Guide team members in producing RFQ/Ps, interview materials, and other pursuit-related deliverables.
- Provide document production support as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required skills needed but not limited to the following:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing or related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant architectural/engineering/construction industry experience preferred.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (advanced abilities desired); familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) databases preferred (i.e., Cosential).
- Must have experience working within a busy creative and brand management environment and content writing.
- Highly adept at finding opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- Strategic, creative, and innovative.
- Understanding of Brand Management, Project Management, Creative Design, and Creative Production Processes.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
- Highly Collaborative.
- Understanding of architectural/engineering/construction industry terminology and procedures.
- In-depth marketing and public relations understanding and working knowledge of MYCON's business, policies, procedures, programs, and capabilities.
- Understanding of best practices for solicitation advertisement (RFQ/P) production.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to interact professionally and productively with staff at all levels, including firm leadership.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution and can manage challenging situations to a successful conclusion.
- Goal-oriented and can react quickly to challenging circumstances to achieve the desired result.
