Responsibilities: Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and train a team of call center representatives to ensure high performance and excellent customer service. Relationship Management:
Cultivate and manage relationships with lead providers in the home improvement sector to generate quality leads and drive business growth. Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, & attract new customers. Performance Metrics:
Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and report findings to executive management. Campaign Management:
Oversee the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media. Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions. Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports to executive management on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Preferred, but not Required). Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving successful marketing campaigns. Experience in the home improvement industry is highly preferred. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Benefits:
