We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives. As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative you will be trained to act as a consultant for businesses and families, evaluating needs and recommending the most appropriate means of meeting those needs.

Responsibilities

CORE JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Must obtain a PC Insurance license prior to starting work and a Life/Health license
  • Maintains knowledge of new products and initiatives. Pursues a program for the development of personal and business skills
  • Develops an agency relationship with existing and new clients
  • Be able to work incoming leads/not a door-to- door position
  • Ability to quote prospects and follow up with leads
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • A Property & Casualty license/Life and Health License
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Minimum 2-3 years prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Bilingual is a plus!
