Job Description & Responsibilities : Under general supervision, works with Subject Matter Experts and team members to provide instructional and program design assistance for the development, continuous improvement and support of training material and / or any other kind of special required documentation based on the needs of our Product Service Lines and Support Services groups. Skills & Qualifications : Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of instructional design experience. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline Please provide portfolio or work samples. Skills in other e-Learning tools (Rise 360, AI Voiceover software, Camtasia etc.) Video Editing skills
