About Us: We specialize in delivering top-tier fire alarm, access control, and security solutions. With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a detail-oriented Fire Alarm Systems Estimator to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview: As a Fire Alarm Systems Estimator, you will play a vital role in our project planning and bidding process. This position requires evaluating project requirements, conducting site inspections, and preparing comprehensive cost estimates for Fire Alarm systems. By ensuring compliance with industry standards, collaborating effectively with clients and internal teams, and delivering timely and accurate estimates, you’ll help shape the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities: Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and client requirements to determine system needs and scope. Conduct site inspections to assess project conditions and identify potential challenges. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for Fire Alarm systems. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and project managers to clarify project requirements and address inquiries. Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents to develop estimates. Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently to support timely and competitive project bids. Maintain and update cost databases, vendor relationships, and pricing information.

Qualifications: Proven experience in estimating or designing Fire Alarm systems or related fields. Strong understanding of Fire Alarm codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NFPA). Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Experience with estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
