Social Media and Operations Intern - for immediate start

Featured in Brides, NBC News, CBS. THE ROLE We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Social Media Coordinator and Operations Intern. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founder in her Greenwich, CT office two days a week. While you will primarily be focused on supporting social media content creation and filling orders, as a "right hand" to the founder you'll get to experience what it's really like to grow a direct to consumer business. This is a part-time internship and will require approximately 8-10 hours per week. RESPONSIBILITIES Social Media Coordination In-person filming: Shoot b-roll, film the founder, and be a 2nd pair of hands for things like Live-Selling on TikTok Content creation: Create and edit social assets for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts using tools like CapCut and Canva. Community engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages/inquiries and engage with our following and other relevant accounts on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube shorts for at least 20 minutes per day Support and research emerging platforms and trends: Monitor social media trends, generate / execute content ideas and new opportunities Support and research potential partners and collaborators: Keep an ongoing list of accounts to reach out to and partner with Operations Support Order fulfillment: Support the founder in assembling and shipping product Inventory management: Support the founder with managing inventory and staying organized QUALIFICATIONS No official prior experience required, but must demonstrate a deep and intuitive understanding of the social platforms. In your friend group, you're the one constantly on your phone and experimenting with the latest tools, filters and trends. Your personal accounts probably have a growing following Design and editing skills - You have experience with CapCut and Canva Bias towards action - if there's something you don't know, you're already on ChatGPT or YouTube trying to figure it out A genuine interest in jewelry, engagement rings, and relationships is preferred Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds as you will be filling orders and helping with shipping Must be able to be in the office in Greenwich two days per week for approximately 3-4 hours
