This role demands an individual dedicated to fostering seamless customer onboarding, personalized engagements, and optimized tool application to enhance marketing outcomes. By embodying the role of a trusted advisor, the successful candidate will unlock new possibilities for our clients, driving substantial value through insightful AI tool applications. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the effortless setup and personalized training for clients on GenStudio's generative AI tool. Efficiently manage onboarding schedules, ensuring timely and effective customer interactions. Tailor the onboarding and tool optimization processes based on individual client needs through careful analysis and understanding. Engage in collaborative efforts with internal teams to refine customer experiences and onboarding methodologies. Develop and deliver compelling training materials and presentations, highlighting best practices and unlocking advanced tool features. Must-Have Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and creative thinking. Proven experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects simultaneously. Domain/Industry Experience Required: Must have a strong background in customer success or technical account management, particularly within technology-focused industries. Familiarity and prior experience with generative AI tools and their application in performance marketing are highly desirable.
