Bring your creativity and technical expertise to life as a Multimedia Designer, where youll create dynamic content across digital, video, and print media to support marketing objectives. Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m. CT (flexible start times: 7 a.m.9 a.m., with consistency required).

Travel:
1015% domestic travel for shoots or events.

Preferred Education:
Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or Advertising.

Experience:
2+ years in multimedia design or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop impactful digital, video, and print advertising materials in collaboration with creative leads and copywriters.
• Design assets aligned with corporate branding, including storyboards, layouts, and final files.
• Maintain and update product listings across platforms, ensuring global consistency.
• Create web layouts using Figma and oversee photography/videography workflows, including storyboarding.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines with attention to detail.

Top Skills & Tools:

• Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, Bridge.
• Figma for web design.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email marketing.
• Strong presentation skills with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in digital advertising, photography, illustration, and video production.

Preferred Skills:

• Agency experience or background in agriculture.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and Workfront project management tools.
