Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Director of Marketing (DoM) to develop the social calendar for property that reflect the hotel and restaurants brand and target audience.
  • Manage Relationships with third-party operators and vendors at the property level.
  • Directly manage the upkeep of multiple social media channels and editorial calendars, ensuring a regular publishing cadence, well-curated visuals, and alignment with strategy
  • Oversee Community Management on all social platforms and manage interactions with the public; communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews and reposting content
  • Stay abreast of social media changes, competitor performance, and industry trends
  • Support marketing and PR leadership by assisting with lodging stays and dining reservations for Media and Influencer stays.
  • Translate marketing initiatives into social campaigns, managing content production from concept to execution in conjunction with EOS Marketing Team
  • Work with hotel teams organize tentpole promotional events sharing information with DoM.
  • Support the team during property-based events and promotional weekends
  • Complete month-end reporting for social media channels as requested by corporate team
  • Manage and maintain calendars, and schedule all necessary meetings pertaining to property events and local marketing
  • Work with DoM and EOS Brand Team on property collateral needs from coordinating request to distribution
Skills Required:
  • The ability to use social media to maintain or build a brand is necessary
  • Have a strong understanding of the Beverly Hills market
  • 2-3 years social media management
  • Great verbal and written communication skills are essential for this occupation.
  • Computer skills, skills in using social media platforms and skills in using tools that analyze social media platforms are requirements for this position.

Salary: $100-110k
