Temporary Director of Marketing (Part-Time)

The temporary Director of Marketing for Brandeis Online and the Rabb School for Continuing Studies will oversee all marketing, paid and unpaid, for the division.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the paid digital marketing with Carnegie Darlett.
- Renew digital marketing contracts with a paid media company or internal support group before the end of FY 2025 to ensure campaigns do not go dark.
- Monitor marketing drip campaigns, RFIs, and other marketing Slate-related operations for Brandeis Online.
- Create and implement special use campaigns around admissions and enrollment deadlines and as needed.
- Oversee the implementation of organic marketing on social media, websites, and the GPS blog.
- Coordinate event and conference sponsorships for FY 2025 and confirm any potential opportunities for FY 2026.
- Manage the remaining FY 2025 marketing budget and support the development of the FY 2026 marketing budget.
- Support BOLLI, Precollege, and Summer School as needed.
- Provide weekly reporting to the VP of the Rabb School on marketing performance and progress.
- Participate in meetings and trainings as needed.
- Manage two staff positions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Work Experience:
- B.A./B.S. required. M.A/M.S. preferred.
- 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Minimum five years' direct experience in enrollment marketing in a competitive, higher ed environment.
