Remodeling Consultants is hiring: Architectural Design Consultant in Danbury

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION, NOT A FREELANCING POSITION.

Hybrid Role – This full-time position affords the opportunity to work part-time in our offices and at home. This position requires individuals to have a vehicle to commute to various locations (project sites/offices/vendors) in Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT.

DISCLOSURE: TRAINING WILL BE FULL-TIME IN MAMARONECK, NY OFFICE FOR THE FIRST 3 MONTHS

$65,000 BASE SALARY + COMMISSION/BONUSES

POTENTIAL FIRST-YEAR INCOME WHILE IN TRAINING: $85,000.00

POTENTIAL ANNUAL INCOME AFTER TRAINING: $135,000.00

Responsibilities:

• On site project measuring
• Preparation of conceptual presentation drawings/schematics
• Meeting with clients at home or in office to present designs
• Preparation of estimates and contract/construction specifications

Ideal Qualifications:

• Technical/working knowledge of wood frame residential construction
• 2-3 years minimum of professional experience in Architectural/Construction Industry
• Residential design experience with kitchens, bathrooms, additions
• Must be a self-starting, driven, and motivated individual
• Strong written & oral communication skills
• AutoCAD proficiency is a plus
