Manage 1 wix website/SEO The Suite Spaces https://www.thesuitespaces.com/

Create email marketing in Constant Contacts, Klaviyo and software program.

SMS marketing Klaviyo

Create google and meta ads

Create printed marketing material

Search for new followers and post on IG/FB, Tiktok

Manage go daddy /server /domains

Manage all email accounts

Respond to all online reviews for 3 companies

Send and respond to customer surveys

Update google my business,trip advisor,yelp,Suite Finder,US Therapy Rooms, maps,google maps and all other directories

Branding and design

Create orientation videos

SEO reports and tracking

Manage all billing for google suites/constant contacts,klaviyo,meta,microsoft

5 years or more of experience required.

Coordinate with staff on building email list

Send weekly update of completed and working tasks

Work with owner 2 hours per week.

This job is required to be in the office 10 hours a week, days and times are 100 percent flexible. $75.00 an hour
