We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP SuccessFactors, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and integration projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with clients, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Integration and Technical Oversight:
- Oversee the design and execution of SAP SuccessFactors integration with other systems (e.g., SAP ERP, third-party HR platforms).
- Ensure adherence to best practices in system architecture, data migration, and API integrations.
- Address technical challenges and provide solutions to ensure seamless system integration.
- Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including consultants, developers, and analysts.
- Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project environment.
- Quality Assurance and Reporting:
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and documentation to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, implementation processes, and integration methods.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
- Solid technical knowledge of APIs, middleware solutions (e.g., SAP CPI, Boomi, MuleSoft), and data migration processes.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with HR processes, compliance requirements, and global implementation challenges.
