Your Role Will Include:

  • Working with technicians with the right repair orders.

  • Educating customers about services and repairs.

  • Prioritizing repairs based on customer needs.

  • Highlighting specials and new products.

  • Presenting financing options to customers.

  • Ordering the necessary parts for service jobs.

  • Keeping customers informed about service timelines, costs, and any changes.

  • Documenting declined services for future follow-up.

  • Staying updated on industry best practices.

 

Recommended/needed skills for the position:

3-5 years' experience.

Be a self-starter that likes to get things done.

Excellent customer service.

Experience with automotive related software.

Display the ability to work well with a diverse client base, technicians and coworkers.

Have the skill to listen to customers concerns and convert them into written instructions for the technicians.

The ability to follow phone scripts and address customers' needs efficiently.

Ensure customers understand what their vehicle needs and why.

Job Details:

Type: Full-Time

Hours: 7:30-5:30 Monday – Friday

Commission: $85,000-$110,000 per year
