The Senior Group Marketing Manager, TheraSphere Y-90 will lead the high-growth global product family within the Interventional Oncology and Embolization (IO&E) franchise. Key responsibilities of this role include setting the strategic direction and business objectives, leading both product and software launches, and guiding a high-performing team through expanded indications and geographic acceleration. This individual will work across leadership and functions to develop integrated multi-year commercial plans, product positioning and pricing across our largest product family within the division. This Sr. Group Marketing Manager position will be based in Maple Grove, MN. This is a hybrid role with expectations for being on-site at least 3 days per week. Your responsibilities will include: Lead the development and implementation of clinical data & software launches, including digital acceleration through customer segmentation, and building upon our clinical evidence strategy. Coach teams to develop simple, differentiated messages combined with innovative downstream marketing solutions, programs, and tools to create value and drive preference. Set strategic direction for the business, ensuring alignment with the Global IO&E Franchise, and the Strategic Plan. Drive execution of the commercial plan to obtain identified franchise revenue, profitability, and budget objectives. Successfully empower a team of marketing product managers to achieve excellent performance in marketing activities and product management. Develop annual and long-term objectives for direct reports. Measure performance of direct reports against success criteria and provide feedback and coaching. Attract, hire, and develop top marketing talent. Partner with global marketing counterparts to plan and execute global strategies, with Global Supply Chain to drive highly accurate global forecasts and with R&D and clinical to drive execution of upstream programs. In collaboration with Upstream Marketing, Marketing Strategy & Analysis, gather customer and market insights to inform key decisions and marketing strategies. Identify and communicate competitive threats and opportunities for the franchise and lead competitive action / response plans. Effectively develop strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders. Interact and meet with customers regularly to gain market and clinical insights and gather voice of customer needs for the business. Remove organizational barriers and drive decision-making by leveraging matrix relationships and capability (senior management, Sales, R&D, Ops, Clin/Reg, Regional marketing, Corporate Marketing, etc.). Demonstrate clinical acumen, strategic thinking, leadership, and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Be an active member of the marketing management team and contribute to a culture of collaboration, diversity, striving for excellence, and winning spirit. Required qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of medical device marketing experience 5+ years’ experience successfully leading a team in complex commercial program management Demonstrated ability to work with complex clinical data and broader commercialization plans Experience planning and managing product & software launches required Highly motivated individual with an action-oriented mindset Exceptionally strong collaboration and leadership skills required Travel 30-45% domestically and globally Preferred qualifications: Master of Business Administration degree Significant collaboration and demonstrated success in working across a global, matrixed organization Requisition ID:

$246600 The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
