Social Media Manager and Team Member

Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager and Service Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media and restaurants, have a creative mindset, and possess a strong understanding of various social media platforms. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase conversions.

This position will be part-time social media and part-time Team Member. Team Members will work service as either a Bartender, Cashier, Expo, Runner, etc. A sample schedule would involve doing social media for the first part of the shift, then transitioning to either lunch service or dinner service.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. - Create engaging content for various social media platforms. - Monitor social media channels and engage with the audience through comments, messages, and posts. - Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing efforts. - Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google. - Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to measure the success of campaigns. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media marketing and implement best practices. - Be able to film and photograph content.

Experience: - Proven experience in social media marketing and advertising. - Strong proficiency in proofreading content for accuracy and consistency. - Experience in social media management tools and platforms. - Knowledge of branding principles to effectively convey the company's image. - Previous experience working in the restaurant industry.

Skills: - Proficient in proofreading content. - Strong photography skills. - Familiarity with e-commerce tools. - Experience in social listening. - Knowledge of Google platforms. - Expertise in social media marketing. - Ability to create effective advertising campaigns.
