The incoming Director will report to our Head of Mobile Growth. We are considering candidates that align with our hybrid working model at this time. Electronic Arts Mobile is looking for a Creative Strategist to join the Mobile Growth team. You will deliver creative strategy with an understanding of creative trends and creative performance. You have experience developing mobile game advertising creative strategy and execution across all performance-led assets for new and live service games. Experience leading a team of creative strategists with employee development and mentorship is required. Reporting to Head of Growth, you are both analytical and creative and partner well with multiple cross-functional teams such as User Acquisition, Product Marketing, Studio, ASO and Brand Marketing. Online Portfolio is required. Responsibilities: Lead team of Creative Strategists to deliver creatives above industry benchmark KPIs Create innovative creative approaches with a focus on experimentation and optimization Promote creative testing backed up with hypothesis to gain insights, identify opportunities and apply them in creative strategy Build and manage creative frameworks incorporating market & competitive research into planning Develop creative performance monitoring rhythm in collaboration with performance channel owners Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure creative strategy is aligned with product features Understand all performance channels across paid, social, email, ASO and platform, ensuring these are strategically and creatively connected to the wider campaign where relevant. Qualifications: 10+ years of Sr. graphic design experience or equivalent 8+ years of mobile gaming ad creative concepting and innovation 5+ years leading a team of creatives and designers. Knowledge of the Mobile App ecosystem and User Acquisition creative best practices and trends Create creative solutions, guide experiments to test hypotheses and create insights Team player and collaborator Strong communicator and ability to take complex information and simplify into easily clear material Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Design aesthetic and portfolio to back it up Motivated by design excellence Motivated by ad creativity but decision-making informed by performance data COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) $151,800 - $208,900 CAD California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento) $170,500 - $259,300 USD Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane) $167,300 - $238,500 USD In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees.
