About the Role

As a Senior Packaging Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative packaging that resonates with consumers. Your designs will combine aesthetics with functionality, ensuring that each product stands out on the shelf.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with a dedicated Packaging Design Manager through all stages of the design process, from concept to production.
2. Create packaging systems that prioritize both visual appeal and practical needs, ensuring brand integrity is maintained.
3. Assess packaging concepts for design quality, material choices, and production feasibility, making adjustments as necessary.
4. Engage with cross-functional teams to address design challenges and meet project deadlines.
5. Mentor junior team members, helping them enhance their skills and navigate their projects.
6. Stay ahead of consumer trends and apply insights to elevate packaging designs.
7. Manage project timelines and collaborate with production teams to finalize designs.

What We're Looking For:

1. A bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, or a related field.
2. 5-8 years of experience in packaging design within the consumer products sector.
3. Strong graphic design skills with a flair for innovation.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of printing processes.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
6. Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to shifting priorities.
