• Correct grammar, punctuation, spelling, and syntax errors while maintaining the intended voice and tone of the content.
• Conduct fact-checking and verify information to ensure accuracy and credibility.
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all content pieces and projects.
• Collaborate effectively with writers, providing constructive feedback and guidance to improve the quality of their work.
• Work closely with project managers to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and changes in language usage to continuously improve editorial processes and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a copy editor or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or content creation environment.
• Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, punctuation, spelling, and syntax.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying errors and inconsistencies.
