Real Estate Photographer - Contract work available

Candidates must provide a digital portfolio during the application process.

The Photographer / Videographer performs a wide range of duties, including the following:

HDR Photography and other media services for apartments & homes scheduled by our internal team.
Meets agents, homeowners, or property teams on-site and performs photo sessions.
Takes HDR photos of interior and exteriors of homes.
Ensures quality HDR photo composition, angles, and positioning of the space taken.
Uploads raw HDR images or video to our cloud services.
Independently operates, maintains, and sets up all photography, video, audio, and lighting equipment.
Displays comprehensive knowledge of all equipment used (e.g., Gimbal).
Possesses a strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative and be proactive.
Is comfortable working with a diverse range of different personalities and can accept constructive feedback.
Able to follow image guidelines which include exposure, HDR bracketing, composition, and post-process requirements.
Provides friendly outgoing customer service to all internal staff and clients.
Communicates with internal staff promptly when notifications/emails are delivered.

Must have HDR Photography experience.

Videography, Aerial Photography, 3D Matterport, and Zillow3D experience are a plus and will ensure more bookings for you.

Must have reliable transportation and required equipment to meet the job expectations.

Must have experience in Real Estate / Strong portfolio in Real Estate.
Must provide a digital portfolio during the interview process.
Must upload all raw images or video the same day of the photoshoot to our cloud interface provided.
W9, COI, and NDA signed by all contractors.
The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance deadlines.
Must have good working internet. Having a fast upload speed will greatly improve efficiency.
Must be proficient using specialized software such as Adobe Bridge or Lightroom.
Demonstrate the ability to use a DSLR camera for producing videos and taking HDR photographs under our brand guidelines. Please note that your DSLR camera must have the ability to shoot in AEB mode and features a wide-angle lens.
Interior video equipment capable of 1080p/60fps with a professional setup and gimbal.
If you are a drone operator, an FAA Part 107 license and insurance is required before being booked for any jobs.
Must have insurance and liability coverage for business and car insurance.
