As a Sales Associate on the Inside sales team, you will work closely with a talented group of leaders, marketers, and product specialists who have deep knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate and digital marketing strategies.
Externally, you will play a critical role in growing CoStar LoopNet Digital Advertising revenue by selling advertising and marketing solutions to new customers and growing existing customer revenues by advising owners and brokers on the best ways to advertise properties online. Additionally, you will ensure a high degree of customer service is applied to every transaction and build deep and lasting relationships with your client base.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plans.
- Business Development: Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales and close new business.
- Teamwork: Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
- Business Industry Acumen: Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and trends within your specific market territory.
- Customer Focus: Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular, value-added communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help our clients achieve their goals.
Basic Qualifications:
- One or more years of sales experience, preferably in web, publications, newspaper, or magazine advertising sales, or equivalent experience in the commercial real estate industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.

This position offers a base salary of $60,000, based on relevant skills and experience, and includes a generous bonus and benefits plan.
