As a Sales Executive with LoopNet, you will represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.
- Business Development: Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s extensive property data to drive sales.
- Teamwork: Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue.
- Business Industry Acumen: Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and commercial real estate trends within your market territory.
- Customer Focus: Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing market insights, and offering solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
Regular in-person meetings with clients will require travel by car and could require travel outside of your office location.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College.
- A minimum of five years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a customer-focused environment.
- Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Success in building long-term relationships and engaging with clients at a senior/C-Suite level.
- Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data.
- Regular access to an operational motor vehicle.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a high-growth company.
- Self-starter who can work independently and within a team.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
