Description of Work
As a member of the Learning Spaces team, you will install audio-visual systems in a variety of campus settings, including classrooms, conference rooms, laboratories, distance-learning facilities, and other workspaces. You will be responsible for communication of on-site installation progress with the Learning Spaces team.
This position will uphold the ITS core principles of outstanding collaboration and communication, a drive to succeed, a passion for higher learning, and acting with integrity.

Minimum Required Qualifications
An associate’s degree plus two years of experience in audio/visual, computer, or related information technology hardware installation and support is required. Audio/Visual control system programming experience is helpful. Equivalent education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in computer-related training is preferred. Avixa CTS certification (or equivalency) is preferred.
The ideal candidate is an agile, self-starter comfortable with attention to detail; an energetic, creative problem solver who is able to work independently; proficient in managing time and competing priorities; a resilient learner who is able to develop relationships with the university’s stakeholders.
Additional Requirements
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required. Subject to DOT approved pre-employment & random testing for alcohol and controlled substances.
