Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate the commercial market with advanced A/V solutions, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the commercial sector, focusing on industries such as corporate, education, healthcare, and government.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing ongoing training and support to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the A/V space to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven adjustments to optimize sales efforts.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales experience in the audio-visual (A/V) industry, with a strong focus on selling to commercial companies.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior-level executives.
  • Technical Acumen: In-depth understanding of A/V technologies and solutions, including their application in commercial environments.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a focus on long-term business growth.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
