We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a flexographic printing press, producing high-quality labels. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure that production goals are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Set up, operate, and maintain a flexographic printing press.
2. Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ensure accurate color and registration.
3. Follow job specifications to produce high-quality labels, packaging, and other printed materials.
4. Monitor production and adjust production speed as needed.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. At least 1-3 years of experience operating a flexographic printing press.
3. Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, inks, and specifications.
4. Ability to read and interpret job specifications.
5. Strong problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent attention to detail.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
