Program Analyst
Job Responsibilities
- Perform complex tasks involving the gathering, analyzing and compiling of data and information into well-written reports, manuals, help files, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Collect data and comments from multiple sources and integrate it into a cohesive response.
- Communicate data analysis, findings, conclusions, and recommendations to a variety of audiences through static (PowerPoint presentations and briefings) or interactive presentations (Tableau), and via written reports (e.g., white papers, memoranda, information papers, emails, reports).
- Design, create, and edit a variety of written documentation and graphics, including but not limited to: proposals, MOUs, user manuals, technical requirements, governance processes, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Support customer and end users.
- Design and hold webinars and training sessions.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, and initiate follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitments.
- Support members of team in other related duties.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (degree in English, communications, visual media, technical writing, or related field preferred).
- One to three years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional knowledge MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with design tools, such as Canva.
- Demonstrated superior oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to present quantitative concepts in easy-to-understand formats.
- Proven experience in graphic design, desktop publishing, or illustration (samples of past projects strongly encouraged).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment as a member of a team.
- Experience with data analysis and data visualizations a plus.
Additional Desired Skills:
Familiarity with refugee and immigrant population and social programs, a plus.

The likely salary range for this position is $63,750 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
