About the role
Our team is accepting applications from highly skilled and motivated individuals for a dynamic role supporting the maintenance and continuous improvements of PAC and client information technology infrastructure and security for all US locations.
- Assist with office/location migration and assisting with new facilities.
- Provide maintenance and management of client systems once in steady state.
- Provide support to the team for ICT related issues on site and remotely – this may include being responsive to afterhours requests for urgent assistance.
- Participate in ad-hoc team meetings as required.
- Offer suggestions for continuous improvement of processes and procedures for existing and evolving efforts.
- Assist company compliance with NIST SP 800-171 accreditation.
- Assist with IT hardware, software inventory and refresh program for corporate desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Assist with implementation of Mobile Device Management activities and policies.
- Assist with planning, installing, and maintaining company systems and infrastructure.
- Support monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software requests for all levels in the company and shall identify trends to enable process improvements and definition.
- Provide end-user support for all LAN-based applications such as Microsoft 365, Document Management System, and on-premise Active Directory environment.
- Contribute to and enforce corporate security policies, procedures, and training program.
- Help desk support to all of the team.
