Responsibilities:
- Understand and monitor the Company’s operating environment to identify business threats and opportunities.
- Define and execute Corporate Affairs and Communications strategies to mitigate threats and seize opportunities.
- Build and engage a solid network of stakeholders to support Corporate Affairs strategies.
- Develop and implement external and internal communication strategies to build corporate equity and enhance employees' commitment.
- Develop and implement relevant community investment projects.
- Build communication capability of associates within the Company.
- Contribute to the development of the Annual Business Plan and the overall Strategic Business Plan as a key member of the Country’s leadership team.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of business experience working in positions requiring influence and persuasion of stakeholders.
- Ability to build and manage constructive relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of tax and regulatory issues affecting business.
- Creativity and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to communicate complex issues with clarity and simplicity.
- Organizational skills with productive management and planning routines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and position papers.
- University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commercial/Sales Management, Marketing, Communications, or related areas.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills in English, French, and Arabic.
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced work environment.
