Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a Global Alliance Partner Marketing Manager to join our Portfolio Marketing team, specifically supporting our Alliance partners. This person is responsible for working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, partner operations, and our partner community to increase the effectiveness and execution of our partners’ marketing and demand generation practices while developing and executing programs that support our partners in generating new business and expanding their customer base. We’re looking for a dynamic marketer to join our team who is passionate about partner success and pulls from a wide range of business and marketing skills including strategic go-to-market planning; hands-on execution; relationship building and project management. This role is an individual contributor but requires an experienced professional who can orchestrate and influence a cross-functional team to deliver programs and campaigns that drive measurable results.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Work cross-functionally with regional marketing, partner managers, digital marketing team, and Portfolio Strategy and Enablement teams in the design, creation, and execution of alliance partner demand generation programs to drive engagement and pipeline resulting in growth.
  • Consult with partners to develop demand generation programs including co-funded and co-branded tactics such as paid media campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Serve as a project manager for creating new and tailoring existing content to be used by partners, as well as facilitating partner contributions for blog posts, case studies, articles, whitepapers, website copy, etc.
  • Measure, optimize, and report on program metrics, and present results to key stakeholders.

Education / Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on B2B industry, solution, product and/or partner marketing.
  • Proven success in executing persona-centric demand generation programs that include digital marketing, webinars, and events.
  • Dynamic, ambitious, self-starter who can manage and influence others on cross-functional work teams globally in a remote working environment.
  • Ability to drive projects forward amidst multiple shifting priorities and goals in a matrixed organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing principles and best practices and the ability to think strategically and analytically with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Salesforce.com and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in marketing, communications, business, or related field required.
