POSITION: Assistant Manager
Location: Chalet Apartments
Our Assistant Managers will assist prospective residents with pre-leasing activities, support new residents’ move-in activities, support site-specific marketing initiatives, coordinate and facilitate rent collections, process renewals, and use social media to communicate with the community.

Responsibilities:
- Support our prospective residents by providing community tours and providing support through the application process.
- Lead the rent collections process with current and previous residents.
- Support the move-in process for our new residents.
- Responsible for communicating and implementing lease renewals with residents.
- Partner with co-workers in planning, promoting, and facilitating resident activities.
- Participate in marketing initiatives for the property.
- Utilizing social media to communicate with prospects and residents.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of property management experience
- Experience with the rent collection process
- Experience with RealPage / OneSite (preferred)
- Salary: $19-24 based on experience, plus commissions
