The PCA Group is hiring: Content Creator in Ronkonkoma

At PCA for Stylerule, we are TikTok's fastest-growing multi-brand beauty shop on the platform. There is a wide range of beauty items from Fragrance, Skincare, Haircare, and Personal Care.

We are seeking a Social Media Content Creator who understands how to create impactful, captivating beauty content that builds a community on TikTok. This role includes uploading high-quality videos daily, preparing for future videos, hosting weekly livestreams, attending influencer events, editing content, and staying on top of trends to use for audios and hashtags. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on a team and encouraging other colleagues to participate in marketing initiatives, branded content, and live streams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and produce short-form video content highlighting top-selling fragrances for TikTok Shop.
2. Showcase product demonstrations, tutorials, reviews, and engage in Livestreams.
3. Incorporate TikTok trends into content strategies.
4. Daily communication to align the video style with the editing team.
5. Work jointly with the digital marketing team to plan campaigns and promotions.
6. Maintain relationships with followers by responding to comments.
7. Analyze video and live stream performance metrics to refine content.
8. Establish a social media calendar for holiday promotions, flash deals, and advertisements.

Qualifications:

1. Proven TikTok experience in content creation trends.
2. Experience with social media metrics.
3. Ability to manage a consistent content creation calendar.
4. Initiative to maintain organization.
