Job Description

We are the Northeast’s fastest-growing real estate media company and the quintessential one-stop shop for real estate needs. We offer a plethora of services such as videography & photography, search engine optimization, staging, printing, and so much more.

We are on the lookout for a skilled and creative Content Creator to enhance our team. Punctuality, professionalism, and knowledge of industry terminology and technology are greatly preferred. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter, possessing great attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of all things content creation from photography, videography, and editing software with the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

1. Create and edit content for the company website, social media, and other platforms for DMM shows and various DMM content.
2. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
3. Attend productions at various locations throughout the tri-state area as needed.
4. Manage projects from concept to completion, collaborating with the appropriate resources as necessary.
5. Ensure deadlines are met.
6. Communicate professionally and timely with clients and staff.
7. Collaborate with DMM marketing and other departments as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Understanding of the photography and video production processes.
2. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and overcome production challenges.
3. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, Google Suite, Riverside, use of green screens, etc.
4. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
5. Resourcefulness and critical thinking skills.
6. Willingness to travel as required.

Job Details

Job Type: Contract

Work Location: Hybrid/Remote with ability to travel to DMM office and offsite shooting locations as needed.
