  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of content strategies
  • Vendor management experience
  • HubSpot CRM/CMS experience
  • You are a detail-oriented self-starter who takes ownership of your job responsibilities and can communicate effectively with teammates and clients

Responsibilities

  • As a Content Marketing Manager at CompassMSP, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive content marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive lead generation
  • You will create metrics and reports for data-driven decision making
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in email marketing, copywriting, social media strategy, blog development, and omnichannel content strategy
  • Social Media Marketing: Develop a strategy and distribute original content across social media accounts
  • Create reports based on engagement, give recommendations, and update the strategy based on metrics
  • Content Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a cohesive content marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives
  • Utilize target audience personas and our ICP to create content that resonates and is specific and appropriate for the designated audience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and business goals
  • Design and present content in appealing, intuitive ways for a variety of audiences
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers
  • Develop segmented email lists and create personalized content to maximize open and click-through rates
  • Analyze email campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results, including A/B testing
  • Copywriting: Produce high-quality, compelling copy for various marketing channels, including website, emails, social media, eBooks, checklists, case studies, testimonials, promotional materials, etc.
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all communication channels
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure visual and written elements complement each other
  • Blog Development: Lead the development and execution of a blog content calendar
  • Research industry trends and create informative and engaging blog posts
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility
  • Coordinate content distribution and promotion through various channels, including social media, web, and third-party platforms
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies to improve effectiveness
  • Strategize to ensure content is consistent and compelling across channels
