Wintrust Financial Corporation is hiring: Marketing Manager - Content in Rosemon

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience copywriting, editing, and marketing for banking or financial services
• Strong portfolio of published work that demonstrates exceptional writing and content marketing skills
• Experience managing stakeholders and clients
• Strong project management, calendar, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and great with handling and applying constructive feedback
• Experience reviewing and presenting content marketing metrics
• Microsoft Office, calendar tools, online publishing, and Workfront (or similar project management tool) experience required

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit content in various formats for web, email, social media, SMS, and more
• Plan and manage editorial and campaign calendars
• Manage content hosted on the Wintrust news and education blog
• Manage external and internal partner relationships and projects
• Project manager for content, PR, and other marketing projects as needed
• Measure content performance and present monthly findings and action items to leadership
• Research and analyze customer, competitor, and content marketing trends to identify new opportunities and optimize performance
