We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to help us create content that fuels brand awareness, business goals, and community engagement. You’ll work closely with our Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Events team, and more to bring Webflow’s mission and values to life. This person will play a critical role in bringing Webflow’s mission and value to a diverse audience of designers, marketers, developers, and more.

This role is perfect for someone who can quickly execute across written formats while keeping an eye on the strategic direction of the Webflow brand.

About the role

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • Zone A: $134,000 - $182,500
    • Zone B: $126,000 - $171,500
    • Zone C: $117,000 - $160,500
  • Reporting to the Senior Manager, Content Marketing.

As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you’ll …

  • Plan, write, and produce content (including blog posts, ebooks, reports) across funnel stages and channels that educate and engage current customers, prospects, and new audience members
  • Develop and optimize content calendar considering SEO, external traffic opportunities, business needs, and the product roadmap
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce cohesive and impactful campaigns to drive awareness and business growth
  • Manage and produce content with internal and external stakeholders for key marketing events
  • Measure and report on content performance to understand what’s working, what’s not, and how to improve

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Senior Content Marketing Manager if you have:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales-led growth content marketing (or equivalent) experience with deep expertise in writing across all marketing channels
  • A knack for balancing creativity with business impact, shipping work that resonates with our audience while still nurturing the team to take on fulfilling work
  • Proven experience in content production, understanding how to efficiently produce high-quality content with limited resources.
  • Experience building strong cross-functional relationships and alignment to determine and achieve organizational priorities
  • A clear and generous passion for storytelling, a deep grasp of digital marketing, and an innate ability to drive brand narratives
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools. Knowledge of Webflow as a tool is a strong bonus!
  • A background in SaaS, B2B, or design software industry
  • Experience navigating growing companies and a rapidly changing environment with adaptability and patience
