Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications to oversee One&Only Moonlight Basin’s branded and property-specific marketing initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, strategic campaign development aimed at enhancing awareness and driving bookings across owned and paid channels; media planning and buying for digital, print, and social advertising; content creation and storytelling for multi-channel distribution (website, email marketing, collateral, social media); e-commerce activations; and the development of sales and marketing materials as well as guest-facing branding for the resort.

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in showcasing the products and expanding the One&Only Moonlight Basin brand. They will ensure adherence to One&Only’s global brand standards across all touchpoints and channels, including photography and video, collateral design, copywriting, and on-property activations. Additionally, they will support the Director of Marketing & Communications across all initiatives, ensuring that tasks are executed to the highest standard and within designated timelines.

We are seeking an accomplished and charismatic marketing manager who is excited to take on these responsibilities and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns, and pre-openings, with a balance of skills in both daily marketing activities and long-term strategic planning. They should thrive under tight deadlines and be responsive to the company’s evolving needs.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the Directors of Marketing & Communications on all marketing and communications initiatives.
  2. Develop and implement multichannel B2C and B2B campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  3. Identify target audiences and create marketing strategies with clear objectives tailored to various channels, seasons, and segments.
  4. Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications to manage B2C and B2B activations from ideation to execution, leveraging internal resources and fostering teamwork.
  5. Develop creative briefs and provide direction for advertising and guest-facing communications, including print, digital, and video content.
  6. Work alongside the Global Commercial Team to strategize digital marketing efforts, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and digital advertising.
  7. Execute local campaigns in addition to international initiatives to increase footfall to the Spa and F&B outlets.
  8. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications and Global Commercial Team to monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics across all channels.
  9. Review analytics and adjust campaign strategies as needed.

Skills, Experience, and Educational Requirements

  1. In-depth understanding of B2C marketing and communication strategies.
  2. Expertise in content creation and storytelling techniques.
  3. Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  4. Familiarity with content management systems.
  5. Knowledgeable in digital marketing, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), email marketing, lead generation, social media marketing, and other online advertising methods.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  7. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  8. Proven abilities in communication, project management, and organization.
  9. Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; comfortable and confident under tight deadlines.
