GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sr Manager - Creative is responsible for shaping and maintaining Eyebuydirect's brand identity, voice, and expression. This role is vital to the brand presence, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key commercial opportunities.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Orchestrate Integrated Campaigns: Lead the design and execution of multi-platform campaigns that align creative content with business objectives.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop creative and content strategy by integrating data-driven insights with aesthetic excellence.
  • Best-in-Class Branding: Oversee the development of digital branding and marketing creative across various channels.
  • Trend Integration: Stay ahead of creative trends, bringing innovative ideas that elevate the brand's presence.
  • High-Volume Asset Production: Direct the creation of a high volume of creative assets across all channels.
  • Production: Lead production processes, including photoshoots and implementation.
  • Performance-Driven Design: Drive feedback loops from performance marketing to refine creative through A/B testing.
  • AI Integration: Explore ways to incorporate AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Creative Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a team of designers and copywriters.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders to execute campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, Graphic Design, Marketing or relevant fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in a Creative Lead role for D2C brands, preferably in the fashion and/or lifestyle space.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience leading a team of designers.
  • Strong knowledge of graphic design and creative composition.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, diversified environment.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suites; expertise in Adobe/GA analytics reports is a plus.

Pay Range: 122,759.71 - 180,071.10
