ArchWell Health is looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our dynamic Learning and Development team as a Creative Designer. This role will be responsible for creating engaging graphics for various communications and training materials. Additionally, the Creative Designer will assist with low-fidelity digital content copy editing and writing.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design:
    • Design and produce engaging graphics for internal communications and training collateral.
    • Create designs that work seamlessly across both print (Facilitator Guides, Participant Guides, Infographics, Job Aids) and digital (graphics, web banners, email templates) platforms.
    • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team, Marketing, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet development needs and brand standards.
  • Copy Editing and Content Management:
    • Perform low-fidelity digital content copy editing and writing for internal communications.
    • Proofread written content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistent messaging.
    • Manage and update digital content on the ArchWell Health intranet site.
    • Ensure timely updates and consider the user experience when posting content.
  • SharePoint-Based Intranet Site:
    • Create visually appealing layouts for the intranet site.
    • Organize and maintain digital assets and design files.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic understanding of digital content creation and copy editing.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred, but new graduate candidates with a strong portfolio may be considered.
