As a storytelling company, creative marketing is at the core of our strategy. We’re looking for a Director of Creative with a strong business understanding and a proven track record of building brands through creative marketing.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll lead our creative team and shape our brand. This role combines the responsibilities of a traditional Creative Director with elements of brand management, focusing on delivering innovative and impactful creative solutions that align with our company's strategic goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Creative Strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies that align with our brand objectives and business goals.
  • Creative Execution: Oversee the creative process from concept to execution across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Brand Management: Own the visual brand identity and ensure consistency in brand messaging through all customer interactions and tailored campaigns.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the creative ideation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, events, webinars, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
  • Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing creative marketing team. Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, high achievement, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of creative marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in executing creative campaigns yourself. You excel either in storytelling, design, video, or copywriting.
  • Innovative problem-solver with the ability to deeply understand the customer context and translate this into clear, concise, and creative output.
  • Storyteller (verbal and written) with a strong understanding of creative, content, and community engagement.
  • You’re driven by business results, bring a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to challenges, and care about the customers we serve and the product we’re building.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, plus the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability to changing trends and technologies in the creative industry.
