As the Enterprise Creative Director at Northrop Grumman, you will lead a powerhouse in-house agency team of seven, driving creative development from initial concept to compelling visuals and ad copy for cutting-edge interactive marketing, online campaigns, and digital content. You will have access to additional in-house production teams and studios strategically positioned across the country.

Reporting to the Director of Brand Management, Communications, you will guide multiple high-impact projects, ensuring that each piece of creative work is visually stunning and effective. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and top-tier agency partners, incorporating feedback from key stakeholders to refine your output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Direct your in-house production team to create paid advertising assets for print, social, and digital platforms.

  • Write with Impact: Craft impactful headlines, scripts, and short-form content.

  • Brand Authority: Oversee project planning and execution, acting as a key authority on brand and marketing best practices.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of creative talent.

  • Project Management: Handle project logistics, including talent sourcing and vendor coordination.

  • New Business Development: Participate as a Brand leader in new business efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field and minimum of 12 years of creative leadership experience, OR Master’s degree and minimum of 10 years of experience.

  • A portfolio showcasing print and digital work.

  • Expertise as both a conceptual thinker and hands-on writer.

  • Solid understanding of the creative development process.

  • Excellent presentation and people-management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Proven mentoring and supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in brand strategy and driving brand innovation.

  • Proficiency in using creative insights for decision-making.

  • Familiarity with current content trends and production best practices.

Salary Range: $121,300 - $210,700
