Job Description

  1. Very strong CSS3 and HTML5 skills.
  2. Solid Photoshop/GIMP and mockup/wireframing tooling skills.
  3. Experience with client-side frameworks/libraries such as Bootstrap, JQuery, AngularJS, ReactJS, and Knockout.js.
  4. Proficiency with REST APIs and JSON, asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
  5. Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
  6. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  7. Ability to analyze problems and identify resolution strategically and functionally.
  8. Multitask and manage multiple medium to large projects in a cross-functional environment.
  9. Experience using any A/B testing tool or method (i.e., Adobe Test and Target, Unbounce, VWO).
  10. Use of vector applications (Illustrator or Fireworks).
  11. Experience with Agile development methodology -- SCRUM and KANBAN are considered a plus.
  12. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, quality-driven, and capable of working independently with little supervision.
  13. Responsive Design (Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile).
  14. Ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  15. Use of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, and Microsoft Office.
  16. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Advertising, Graphic Design, or comparable job experience required.
  17. Minimum of six (6+) years of progressively related experience.
  18. Experience with packaged application delivery, such as SiteCore, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, ERP, or other business process application suites.
  19. Experience in initiating and implementing business process change.
  20. Previous experience in well-known global brands is considered ideal, as well as a strong fundamental understanding of operational business processes, KPIs, and metrics.
