Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Creative Tools Program Manager to join a leader in the Retail industry to programmatically plan and deliver new capabilities across their end-to-end workflow management and data pipelines, specifically for the Workfront tool. The right candidate should have strong knowledge of Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion outside of being solely a user of the tool. You will bring expertise in enterprise-scale tech, workflow management systems, integrations, and cross-functional collaboration to manage a program that delivers speed and flexibility to the organization. Your program will build the tech foundations to migrate the studio's workflow processes out of non-standard tools and into Workfront. You will apply a systemic perspective to integrate multiple teams' requirements into project deliverables. Your daily work will include serving as a technical translator, facilitator, and advocate for the Creative team's operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Building a program of prioritized tooling projects that deliver high-value optimizations to our core system of record, Workfront, and its integrations.
  2. Documenting necessary milestones, interdependencies, and responsibilities for each project.
  3. Leading projects, clearing their critical paths, mitigating risks, and managing delivery.
  4. Preparing and maintaining impact assessments, change logs, and other program artifacts.
  5. Ensuring that your Program provides continuous enhancements that support the Creative Studios' overall strategy and objectives.
  6. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate solutions gaps and redundancies.
  7. Presenting to high-level stakeholders, translating cross-functionally to secure alignments, building enthusiasm for change.
  8. Modeling company values for leadership and change management.
  9. Maintaining expert awareness of enterprise-scale workflow management tools.
  10. Contributing to the overall Creative Studio Tools strategy and roadmap.
  11. Contributing tooling expertise across interdependent areas of the business.
  12. Closely collaborating with vendors, technical and non-technical partners, and stakeholders.
  13. Communicating milestones and deliverables; providing feedback regarding project success, preparing executive summaries and reports.

Minimum Requirements:

- 6-8+ years of Project/Program Management experience leading cross-functional programs to support creative technology, creative operations, marketing operations or creative production at large organizations.

- 3+ years supporting creative technology and marketing for a retail or e-commerce organization.

- 2+ years of high touch experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion (not just a user but understanding functionalities, ideally supported implementing Workfront or establishing best practices).

- Familiar with other creative technology (Airable, AEM).

- Familiarity with other enterprise-scale workflow management systems (SAP, Jira, Click Up, Monday.com).

- Familiarity with legal, operational, and technology requirements for workflow management in large-scale enterprises.

- Experience leading training, including creating and maintaining knowledge management, documentation, and other training materials.

- Experience working with Product and Vendor teams to deliver software implementations, integrations, configurations, and new features.

- Familiarity with creative operations metrics and business analysis.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

- Technical background with Workfront (Admin level).

- PMP certification.

Benefits:

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
